Vaya ordered a product for my parents, who are currently under medical care. They have received a defective item, and when requested a replacement, the customer care team requested an excessive number of images to confirm the defect. It was challenging to explain to my parents how to capture these images and send them. Shouldn't it be Vaya's responsibility to handle this verification and work with their courier partner for a smoother process? Customers place blind trust in a brand, often without physically seeing the product. Is it too much to ask for that trust to be reciprocated, especially when a customer has paid a significant amount and received a defective item after a lengthy wait? The customer service team is causing unnecessary complications regarding the return pickup, claiming that the courier partner won't service the post code, 636 007, even though it's in a prime area and the product was delivered in the very same post code. While we are living in an era where even remote corners can be reached , this kind of lame excuse is not acceptable . I'm uncertain about the number of customers who have experienced issues with Vaya and are encountering obstacles when it comes to returning the defective products and getting a replacement. Professionalism should involve taking responsibility for one's mistakes and ensuring a seamless customer service experience.

I had a very bad experience when walked in to Vaya showroom Chennai near Pachayipas college.No one was available to attend the walk in customers.The sales man was busy for more than 15 minutes in phone (might be call from his top management,don't know ). Anyway I waited patiently to get the service but nothing happened.i belive it's almost after 30 minutes ,one middle aged person came in and asked to leave the store even without asking the reason why I am waiting as he told it's the closing time . I had to say the top management has miserably failed in hiring the right professionals / partners and imparting them the correct preprocess & process training.

Recently bought a Vacuum sealed tumbler called "Drynk" from Vaya. A stylish and good looking product. It was as described in the manual. It keeps my beverages either hot or cold for a long time. Liked the magnetic lid cover and anti gripping surface. A new age thirst buster.
