One of the best places. I have travelled here solo. But I have full memories in my heart. The forest ride and off road ride were Awesome. Best place for Bikers to visit. The place is peaceful, not much of a crowd.

It's been a long time since I wanted to visit Vattavada finally we were able to visit the village two weeks before. The journey through the forest was the best part. The route to Vattavada is very scenic. You will get jeep ride if needed there. We used own car there. Once you reach there there will pole locals to show the farms. We also went to one of the strawberry farm. We had to walk for 5 mins from the main road to reach the strawberry farm. We communicate with the locals, enjoyed the view of farms, tried strawberries directly from farm, they offered strawberry wine to us. And tasted strawberry jam. It was really nice experience overall. If possible try to visit this beautiful village

Location is about 45 km east of Munnar is the serene village of Vattavada. An ideal place for trekking, most of the locations in Munnar are generally known for their slopes, rare fauna and a wonderful view of the valley. Vattavada, however, is known for its vegetables. These terraced slopes and valleys contain some of the finest crops and produce in all of Kerala. Situated 6500 ft above sea level, people visit this destination in large numbers.

Bit difficult to find parkings, better with off road vehicle. Otherwise need to take Jeep. 2 waterfalls are there nothing extraordinary except the beutifullness ofnature
