Vatsalya Children Hospital Itarsi - Children's hospital in Itarsi - Hoshangabad, India

I really had a very bad experience in this hospital. I went for my child 1 st vaccination.however i have double check the price of vaccine. At first time nurse told be that it will cost around 6k on second time she quote me the price around 4.5k. After taking the vaccination they gave me the bill of 8k. Complete fraud staff.when i asked why the price is 8k. She said the price which i have told that vaccine is expired.nad this is the correct price. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. Staff should be very carefull while telling someone about the price of vaccine/medicine. If any person would be there instead of me who may not have that much amount to pay, what he will do? Be very careful while visiting this hospital. I must say the doctor is good nad hvae good understanding. But the staff they are unprofessional, they didn't even know the price of medicine. If would have provision of negative rating i would happily give that.

Excellent hospital staff and docters are very nice iam from hyderabad i stop in itarsi for my child treatment thanks for staff and docter for their support.

No money has been taken during the treatment of my daughter in Vatsalya Hospital.

Worst Hospital. Not following the rules and regulations of NABH and also lack of nursing staff. Dr. Don't know what's their duty they just following other order (outside of the hospital staff) to admit the patient.
