Amazing architecture, great views from top. I feel lucky to have my office here! There's a steep walk to other wing, which can be tiresome, however I see it as a good morning trek haha.
Love this place, the view and the architecture of this building is quite stunning to anyone who comes here, one side you can see Powai Lake other side you can have a view of mountains.

Very inconvenient location with uphill approach. Not at all good for staff walking up. Autorickshaw monopoly. Over strict security. Good housekeeping and maintenance. Should have golf cart shuttle for going up and down. Water supply at only one point. So need to walk long distance to visit washrooms.
It's a commercial place, with great view of hill and Powai lake on other side. Security is good as well. But lot of issues with parking. Parking in basement is not enough for the capacity of offices. Also there is no parking for wing B. It is merge with wing A. You have to do hill climbing to reach wing B. Which is painful.
The space seems great to work in. Variety of options to choose from in terms of private cabins. Also it's situated in one of the most happening work places of Mumbai with lot of great hangout places. The office is lot of meeting cabins and private cabins to choose from. It also has a terrace view overlooking the beautiful Powai lake promenade. Definitely a view you can keep coming back for everyday.
