Peaceful spot for a day outing near bangalore. It has 1 KM off road track as well to reach to the bank of the lake. Reach early morning or at evening to enjoy the best view.
Beautiful place lakes and mountains and rocks. There is no need of trekking. Just park the car beside the lake and have your blissful time.
It is recommended not swim or get in the water. But some still walk along the shallow side of the lake.

It's a beautiful lake and the water is very clear. The time to visit is the morning but it was really nice and I am sure it will be good anytime. The picnic spot is a must visit but bikes and suvs are required to reach the end. It's a good place for a weekend drive.
A beautiful lake surrounded by Rocky mountains. A quiet place . An ideal place for a picnic and relaxing. There are no shades to sit on. Enough place to sit but not during mid day. If it is cloudy during monsoon season n not raining it's a good place to spend a few hours.. Evening time is good to relax.
Perfect place to hangout with your friends who like to trip and barbecue, grill etc.NOT A LOVER POINT it can be scary. Not to much of a space but pretty peaceful place for the people who is in search for peace .
Perfect, if you are looking for a calm and peaceful place away from the city noise and in the lap of nature. It's right next to the main road. Do not expect shade or any facility because this is a natural spot and not maintained by anyone. Do respect the place and do not make noise. Just enjoy the nature. I would not recommend swimming because no one will get to know or help if any accident happens. Also, please maintain the place clean. Bring your camping chair or carpet and enjoy the mother nature.
It is a beautiful and serene lake where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings. There are many hills around the lake which give a great view.
We took almost two hours from Bangalore. The journey towards this lake was a nice experience. On the way, you can see Gudibanda fort.
You can see lot of people camping there. There is no official authorities to monitor this place. It is a nice place to take photos and reels.

Felt amazed by the quiet sorroundings. Weekend's are slightly busy. But you can get a spot to chill and vibe with your friends and loves ones
Amazing place ahead of Gudibanda fort. There was plenty of water when I visited. Watching and listening to the waves crashing against the shore is a very calming experience. Take a small off-road detour to access the sandy shores of this lake.
