Owner of this sweet shop is rude and ask customer to adjust if they make mistakes or someone see flies on the sweets. They doesn't care about customers health they always wanted to make money by selling items at highest price.

Staff here are not at all efficient owner keep supporting them though they do mistakes and showcase it as customer mistake. Never trust the acknowledgement that they give to the reviews they always morph in such a way that it is totally a customer mistake

Taste and service really impressive. I've ordered honey almond cake for my friend on door delivery, and they gave such amazing service till the cake reach fresh at our end. Please do visit if you are in narsannapet

Very good taste and speed delivery thanks for the customer friendly service , owner asked to pay the amount only if we like the cake. Home delivery service is good

One of the worst sweets never had before. I took 3kgs jamoon. They told it's fresh. When I took in to house taste completely sour. They given old stock sweets. Brand name is big. But sweets taste vise very poor. Really disappointed and suggest you not buy any sweets here. They are very rude and even they don't know how to receive the customer with polite manner.

Quality of sweets and savories is good. Display of items is also good even the interiors. And service is bad. Doesn't look impressive outside the shop. Good parking[P] space. Pastries are made in the location itself. Overall okay and best shop in Narasannapeta.

(don't know whether they are fresh or not despite owner says it is fresh) 4. Sweets are not worth the price we are paying

I ordered a Cake for Birthday. The cake was beautiful and tasted so delicious! The customer service is outstanding. Decorated & delivered as per the plan. Thankyou Very much for giving such a wonderful memory in my life..
