purchased three dress materials here as i like the color and material.its a bit expensive.after one wash colour is fade out.totally disappointed with the dress. my advice is better think before purchase anything here. wont recommend this. Yes, i have taken a material from Thon only. did a manual shampoo wash. Please check the bill no 4968 which is on 13/jun/23.

The best matching and material centre in Kakinada. Price range is high. Normal rates also there but quality is average. But availability is so best. So many varieties are there to choose from. The workers in this shop are so busy. I have never seen them free. Billing section is also good. Overall nice experience with this shop.
It doesn't matter how many years your shop is there, we should check whether the cloth is of quality or not, your shop does not have good quality cloth and sells old stock and we, our relatives, our friends are being deceived by believing the words of your workers. This happened not once, not twice and we lost a lot in your shop. You will not exchange and money will not be returned and the cost is also high. You are money people, so we cannot give you any rating.
They do have good collection. But some of the sale girls are very rude. Went with a neighbor from our village to this place. bills are separate. But talking with each other for suggestions. Because we are talking to each other, two sales people rejected us to show. Only one person for whole group. So we had spend more than an hour there. Where they could show us in half the time. Overall, their customer service is bad. Hope they change this.
