Great hotel it is . The behaviour of the staff is seriously good. It's located beside the main road so you can get transport easily outside of the hotel. The food is also good.
Very nice place to stay with family. Location very close to sightseeing points within Araku village. There is a local market and lot of hotels which serves special bamboo chicken biryani.

Overall below par experience. Giving the details below to help you understand why it was below par. We are a family of 4, their policy is only 1 towel (just a single towel) per room. How can they expect 4 people to use a single towel. Second, they didn't even recharge the TV subscription, when requested to recharge they say sir it is expired and I can't recharge. Third, it is so called an A/c room with a non-working A/c. This is least of my bother as in Araku you don't need an A/c. The room provided is in basement, interestingly most of their rooms are in basement. Not sure if any of you want to live in a basement. There are absolutely zero amenities in room. No hot water kettle, no water provided, no bin in bathroom. I believe you will get decent stay at a lower price.
Room are good but there are high chances you will given a room in basement only. AC will be controlled by some other guy, they will automatically turn off AC at morning time. Service is very bad you have remind 10 times for simple things. Overpriced.
One of the reasonable priced lodging in araku with relatively good rooms with ac and non ac options.. There are no restaurants attached so dinner will be a struggle. Good space available for parking..
