An apartment far from the noise of city where you can live peacefully. It's just 2 km away from Patna AIIMS. You get amazing view of paddy fields, and breath fresh air. You can also seek an apartment to get on rent.
Please dont invest your hard money in vastu Vihar project all projects is rubbish build quality is very poor. Look like haunted places.
The builders are fraud. Never invest in any of their projects. Its been more than 10 years, but till date the flats are not ready. The entire society is in bad shape. Not maintained. The lifts are not ready. Exteriors are not painted. Even the houses are not ready. First time I am seeing that they are laying even the tiles and electrical wiring only when the flat is to be handed over. My dad made full payment almost 5 years back. But till date the flat is not ready. We haven't been able to take possession. Even if we take possession, its in such a bad shape that we will hardly find renters. RERA and authorities of Patna are sleeping I guess. May be because of its brand ambassador who should be equally held accountable for this fraud by the builders.
The residents are struggling to stay with proper amenities here. The lifts are not yet done since last 10Years. The floors are full of dirt and dust with no one giving proper focus on the maintenance part. Water supply issues due to water motor not working properly. The society charges a good amount every month since last few years post possession and these basic things are still not provided to the residence. Pathetic condition. Specially the Yamuna A looks as if people are living in a mess. My grandma has to take stairs for climbing to her flat at 4th floor imagine how difficult it is. This needs to seriously taken care of as urgently possible.
It is situated in outer Patna at a distance of 2.5 km from Patna AIIMS on Fulwarisharif Naubatpur Road. Area is light populated with very few people living around. It has high potential of developing into a full fledge city in coming time. Vastu Bihar buildings don't have lifts. No parkas. Very dirty campus of the society.
They are worst. I know persons who have not got flats even after full payments and waiting for more than three years after agreement. They promise to hand over flats just after full payment but did not hand over flat even after 10 months of the full payment. You will get tired of calling them times and times but not getting reply from that end. So, beware before booking a flat.
It's okay still in developing stage ...builder work is slow but once it will complete then it would be much better than current situation.
Construction company selling ample houses at affordable prices. Finishing is average. Electrical and bathroom fittings are of local brand.
