good hotel at affordable price.they r not genuine to provide the service as manager told staff member to provide a welcome drink but after they didn't provide it. they should loyal..it seems that staff are gossiping for something in front of u it was creating a bad image of staff member..other wise location is good,room were cleaned n neat

can say recently renovated. Before renovations and other hotels started it was the only place to make outsider (includes clients of jetpur textile industry and family friends came for some ocassions) stay in jetpur as other lodges were way below standards. But as said necessities is mother of all. Many hotels started and utsav losts its value. The new UTSAV (hotel and restaurant) brings back all the fame which had gone over the time. once again its the best place for ousider to stay in jetpur beating all other hotels. Along with that it has come up with a very good restaurant. very good food and service. Also it has halls to organise marriage and other social events. Thus utsav now comes with a complete package for someone really needed to organize any event at jetpur.
