Rooms have an ethnic look. The location is excellent, right in the heart of things. The service is excellent. The host doubles up as an excellent guide. For those who know him, Yesudas' ancestral home is next to this one.
5 star because this was a monument and the uncle there was very kind to us and for the fact that whenever we exited we would see tourists taking pictures in front of our gate.
Vasco House in Fort Kochi is a must-visit for anyone interested in history and architecture. Amazing place to stay, I totally love it here. I stayed here for 4 days and it was lovely. The location is great, so many amazing places nearby to eat and roam around.
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay here. The owner George was unbelievably helpful and a super host. The room we stayed in was mind blowing, the two double beds were fab and we were able to watch all of the new years build up on the street outside. The house has been used in the film Big B, expect slot of locals taking pictures of the building outside.
