Vasavi Lake City - Gated community in Hyderabad - Ranga Reddy, India

I have downgraded the rating as feel builder is not a community responsible builder. While executing the project they have exploited the common resource like road. All the surrounding rounds in very bad shape and all due to heavy vehicles movement. A responsible team should also think about existing ppl in neighbourhood. This clearly demonstrates that once project is completed no one is there to take any responsibility .

Good location. Sales team and CRM are very supportive - Kiran, Pratyusha, Neeraja everyone. Progress seems a little slow. Hope they handover the flats by Aug 24 as promised.

I am happy with the quality and customer support of Vasavi. Excellent support and professionalism from CRM team, no false commits. Did not expect this though. Appreciate Kishore !! Expecting project completion at the earliest as it got delayed... looking forward for the best quality and eagerly waiting for this

Am really disappointed. Delivery is being prolonged. We booked in 2020 before COVID but the delay is really bothering us. We have lots of concern on quality also. Not getting any update timely. Feeling frustrated.
