Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the conduct of the front desk staff at your esteemed hospital. On [date], I had an unfortunate encounter that left me feeling disrespected and treated in an unprofessional manner. I arrived at the hospital on 2nd and 3rd of July at approximately 5.30pm to seek medical attention for Neck pain. As I approached the front desk, I was greeted by an individual who displayed a remarkable lack of courtesy and empathy. The staff member in question was condescending, dismissive, and displayed an overall lack of professionalism. On July 2nd, I called the hospital at 5:15pm and I was given a appointment at 5:30pm so I rushed to the hospital. I filled up the form and asked the lady in the front desk when can I see the doctor, she replied it going take sometime before I see the doctor. I asked then why did you give me a appointment at 5.30pm 15 minitues before when there were patients prior to me. The ladsy in the front desk rudely stared at me and replied even people who come at 5pm are still waiting and what can she do. The rudeness, lack of empathy, and improper management for fixing appointment is extremely inconsiderate of the patient and their time. Similar, On 3rd of July, I arrived at the hospital at 5.30pm and asked the front desk lady if the physiotherapist lab personal is available to do an ultrasound for my neck. She said the lab personal has gone on rounds and she doesn't know if she had returned from the duty. I asked when will lab personal return she asked me to go check if she there in the physiotherapist lab. I believe this is extremely unprofessional to ask a patient to go check on the lab personal when its there duty to let the patient know the information they need and I believe that is the purpose of the front desk. I checked and the physiotherapist lab personal was still not available. I come to the front desk again and asked when will she come back and she replied in 30 minitues. I had to go back home as I need to do my work and was in permission. I called the front desk after 30 minitues and asked if the physiotherapist lab personal had arrived. She gave me a reply to come the hospital as she had arrived. I went back to hospital only to see 5 patients ahead of me and the physiotherapist lab personal still was in her duty. I asked the front desk why did she ask me to come when the physiotherapist lab personal has not arrived where in the call in clearly asked if she is in the arrived. The front desk lady again rudely replied "I said lab personal had arrived in the hospital but not in the physiotherapist lab".This is extremely unprofessional of her and I lost complete faith in the hospital as I was expected to wait for an hour or 2 for a 10 min session. As a patient, I believe that it is crucial to receive compassionate care from all members of the hospital staff, including those at the front desk. While I understand that the hospital environment can be challenging at times, it is imperative that employees are trained to handle such situations with respect and empathy. Unfortunately, my experience was in stark contrast to these expectations. It is important for you to be aware that the attitude of the front desk staff member not only affected my overall perception of the hospital but also hindered my ability to receive the care I needed. This incident has left me feeling disheartened and apprehensive about seeking future medical attention at your facility and I don't plan on coming back.

Last two years before my brother's surgery is perfectly done.Doctors response also very good and treatment also satisfied.

Said to be one of the best ortho hospitals in city. My cousin did his operation here for a broken arm. Hand was fixed perfectly. Coming to the hospital. Located in a main area and yet I couldn't find any good veg restaurants nearby. But cleanliness need to be improved. I saw rats running in front of hospital itself.

Worst experience, money minded people with 0 quality treatment. Better avoid this hospital if you want to get well soon

Good doctor but people are treated with no respect. Staffs are unfriendly and unruly who take people for granted especially when you are quiet and soft natured. Management should train them on how to behave with patients or people when they are panicked. Receptionist accuse you back when questioned shame on these people who work in reception.

Recently done knee replacement surgery for my mom for both knees , she is progressing good. Thanks for entire hospital team .All the staff from the hospital were so kind and explaining clearly about the problem .

My mom had serious knee issues and Dr. Govardhan recommended total knee replacement after considerable testing and reviews. However, there was no pressure to do so (unlike other hospitals). The decision was totally ours. We went through the surgery last week for the first knee and today (Oct 4, 2021) for the second knee. The surgeries went like clock work and the doctor did a great job in taking good care of my mom, considering her age and health condition. The staff at the hospital are extremely courteous and have taken good care of my mom. The staff at the reception are very friendly as well and very attentive to our requests and needs. Overall, I am totally happy with the all around services provided by the doctor's and their staff and I would highly recommend this hospital for your future orthopedic needs and services.

Excellent Orthopedic hospital in Chennai. Dr R H Govardhan with rich experience is the Chief Orthopedic Surgeon. Performs surgery successfully wherever it is required absolutely. Billing is also nominal. Hospital is maintained well. Recommend strongly to those having orthopedic issues m.
