This shop has so many varieties of electronics items with different brands. Price is meagre with quality products. Customer care is excellent, they are helping the buyers each and every product without any hesitation. EMI options are available within the shop, Bajaj finance. Bike Parking also available in front of the shop. We had bought refrigerator, air-conditioner, washing machine and TV. We are satisfied with the sellers. And in future, we will purchase here, if we had an idea of electronics items.

Extremely pathetic service. Bought a Haier fridge yesterday from this store. Made payment too. Store salesman and his supervisor promised delivery by 7pm today, despite continuous follow ups- fridge hasn't reached yet. Installation was also promised by the store today but now they are happily pushing it all to tomorrow. Nothing but cheating customers and playing with their trust. It's better to buy from online websites where you get better price deals and customer support. This store is NOT WORTH.

The way they deal with the customer is perfect and the sales executives are really particular in selling their own products and not encouraging the other products. That can be avoided from the service side. It is a customer friendly shop. Good work keep it up guys.

I ordered a Vidiem 4 burner, i asked them with specifications, so Vidiem was a perfect fit us, they said we have pictures and details at catalogue you can buy today itself and tomorrow it will be ready, as we where pleased on the same day to pay for the stove but we waited for 2-3 days for it, moreover we asked the sales lady, if we contact Vidiem customer care how good will they respond, she replied don't contact them you take my number I will arrange service person or installation person quickly need not to worry. We got it after 3 days only, I went at the store and picked the product myself and asked when will be the installation person visit, she replied call customer care they will send right away or then call me that was a fake promise. Then we waited for more 2 days to get it installed, we actually got a defective piece, the burner stand wasn't a match and it wasn't working properly, so we called for and waited for again 3-4 days, for the service person to investigate what was wrong, but what we said the same report he gave to the office, then again 2 days we waited, then again a person came to do the same investigation what is wrong with the burner, but didn't bring the suitable burner stand, they made a complete mess, I mailed to the head office and they requested for 1 day more to solve this, then finally the suitable burner reached us. Worst customer service from vasanth & Co and equally worst customer service from Vidiem.

I brought godrej AC, and I got a defective product but after 1 month they replaced it with new AC and after 3 months of working again leakage issue in the AC. While contacting the godrej service centre they're very irresponsible. I contacted vasanth & co executive they said will check with godrej service centre porur. After a few minutes ASM from the godrej service centre called me and informed me as they are going to reject the replacement request and said whatever the issue they have to come back to me to proceed further so I'm not going to approve it. This is the first time I have brought AC in my lifetime but i trusted Vasanth & co but i was really disappointed and irritated now because of the purchase i made in Vasanth & co. Most of my friends suggested buying it from sathya but this is my fault i shouldn't have trusted vasanth & co. If higher management read this review requesting you to do the needful. Please don't make me lose hope from vasanth & co.

Shop looks big by the way prices too. They tell you one rate firstly. And if they feel like you have a second option they themselves come up with a final prize which is lower than what they quoted first which is still higher when compared to other e-commerce sites and showrooms. Very bad strategy. Parking available. Amenities are good. Kitchenwares are priced normally. Never plan for big household items like Tv, AC, fridge and WM.

Worst customer care. Bought home appliances to my new home. Received only defective product worst customer support. a godrej AC which received defective and for replacement they have taken almost 10 days but still no support, and haier TV we bought 65 inches got picture tube problem within one week and poor customer care response for that too. Everything we received is a worst and defective product

Warning message for who are all eating idly and dosa!!!ULTRA PERFECT PLUS Very worst experience.... Customer service is toooo bad... Sale person is focus to Target... Not fullfill customer need... Only focus to sale target product sale... Not educated to customer... I bought a grinder at last week this product is very worst.... product... Even300g rice grind to take 1hours... We never this type of grinder.because of this my sister and her husband fighting to each please guys don't buy this grinder. Even though they ready to sell it offer or free don't buy it.we have already raised the complaint but it's not useful why means any default in the grinder we can repair it but here grinder it self a manufacturing defect we can't doing it anything . Anybody need divorce from your wife please buy this ULTRA PERFECT PLUS grinder gifted to your wife this it is enough,,
