I bought Samsung fridge and salesman confirmed that will be delivered in one day. I was calling the manager and delivery person but there is no response. I tried to call them daily for three days. They were telling that product will be delivered in the evening, but not delivered. Very Poor Response. Please don't buy any product.
Don't wanna give even one star. The way they treat the customer before buying the product and after buying changes drastically.Very bad behavior ever seen!. I will never ever in my entire life will visit this showroom again. Thanks for everything the staff(who was the reason to buy the lap and never responded after informing about the fault in it), manager(who has zero knowledge about laptops and was misguiding), and their responses(they were wonderfull so that i contacted the main branch). Still a nightmare !

Im first time buyer For Fridge. Whirlpool Fridge new one intrested to 16/04/23 Booking at gobichettipalayam vasanth & co and tomorrow they are delivery the Fridge but that Fridge was not good, piece is manually damage the Fridge .our whole family Really dissatisfied . Crompton pedestal fan all so Not proper packing delivery without warranty card , looking not new pieces . Sir plz support ASAP thx
I have purchased LG Inverter AC at Gobichettipalayam Branch and i need to install. I am Keep on calling Shop manager and concern person but no reply. Bcoz all mobiles switched OFF including manager number also.
I have bought Haier 43" 4k tv and refridgerator at Gobi branch on 23rd oct. Still installation done from Haier customer service... How many days I need to wait? Staff informed service center is located in Gobi, but what is the use?
Affordable price but there are only few models . They will arrange for other models if demanded but it may take one or two days. Good vehicle parking space before the shop.i would have given 5 stars if there are lot of models displayed.you can get best price here
