Im bought Dell Laptop from Vasanth and co. Price are same in online price. If you buy using through EMI it will be take some time. Other all very good. Good approach and Very helpful And friendly staff. Don't expect too much offer there. Same as a online price only. Happy'Customer

Poor manager and staffs they can't manage the shop very wrost customer servies the staff thinks they are decide to give the products and gifts not customer wish very wrost this manager and staffs continues to work there then undoubtedly as soon closing ceremony of the store possible

Hi sir, my haier tv seems blank before 3 days. I had registered the complaint via portal. The service person visited and finds the fault in the panel. He informed us that this was not serviceable and also currently spare was not available in the haier company. Please tell what to do with Haier brand? Did anyone purchase this haier brand in future?

Don't buy mobile phone they are selling fake products I bought oppo mobile one month before its suddenly dead in 29days I went to shop and gave mobile they said go to ngl oppo service centre I went there he said already this mobile is opened and then we came vasanth&co and there no response very very worst customer care service plz don't buy mobile phone there

Very worst shop and shop manager activities are very bad

The staff misled non technical customers, I asked my father to buy an Android Samsung TV, they said that it is Android TV and given some old OS tv which doesn't even have some expected features. I never had a price negotiation since I feel they should have provided Android TV as per my father's ask. They never take exchange for this condition. Worst support I never recommend this shop

Poor in collection and should improve how to treat customer. More staff but useless. I asked drinking water after purchasing they ask me to go out from the show room one corner they kept one water can which is very poor condition . In other show rooms they treat customers like king. Should improve much more in customer service. V v poor should improve lot. Specifically marthandam branch.

Hi we brought a aircondion from Vasanth an co marthandam. We experienced worst experience from the installation, they are not behaving like customer relationships, their approach is very rude and there is no respect from them.. our kind request is to behave them proper way at least other places.
