I had such a poor experience the first and possibly the last time that I went to this hospital. There was no clarity from hospital staff regarding when the OPD physician would arrive when it had already been past the appointment time. We constantly had to nudge them for information and we would receive vague/ half-hearted responses from them. The physician was nearly 30 minutes late from the given appointment time and apparently no one was able to get in touch with her. We ultimately got frustrated and left after 25 minutes (Please note that I don't say this because the waiting time was long. There were no other patients waiting, we were the only ones- the physician had simply not shown up to the hospital on time). After poor attempts at communication with the hospital staff and leaving to go rush and find another hospital where we would find the OPD open late at night, we get a call from the hospital asking us where we went and that the physician had arrived. And we have inadvertently wasted her time. It was altogether an awful experience and far from recommending this place to anyone I would suggest that they go anywhere but here.

It is very good hospital in thane .my wife went to many hospitals for tritment like bhanushali hospital balaji hospital and jagdale hospital but they failed . i went to these hospital and they succeed in her tritment . Doctors nurses ward boy are very friendly .hospital CMO Mr. KHAN After going through all the old files, he started in a special way and he was successfuly did the tritment. once again thanks.XNian Xin Ji K' ARIU

I must say the hospital is very good. It may not have the luxurious facilities like big brands but the doctors from the big brands are also a part of this Hospital team. The hospital owner and staff are very cooperative and polite, not something which is seen these days. They are not the type to make business from hospital. We had a fantastic experience about knee replacement surgery and treatment at very reasonable charges

Caring staff and experienced doctor with quick and proper diagnosis helped me to recover quickly, nice hospital in Thane. (Good care taken by Dr. Rahul Tulle and Dr Khan)

The staff and Doctor are all very friendly and helpful. I especially liked how M.D. really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment option ,the doctor's treatment has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this hospital .

Efficient Staff, neat and tidy rooms and ICU, personal touch with Doctors both visiting and resident. All questions are dealt with in a very nice way. Overall a very pleasant experience

When my father's cancer was discovered, he had significant gut surgery. We admitted him in Vasant Vihar Hospital. Because the hospital administration and employees were so cooperative, they were able to obtain the experts as and when they were needed. Despite my father being 78 years old, the procedure was successful. Furthermore, the hospital provided my father with kind post-surgery care. This is one of the best hospital. It has staffs that are so polite, they are experts, they use high technology equipment and methods and they give all their efforts. The hospital is very clear and hygeine. Their hospitality is just the best. They have a medical as well which works 24hours. My surgery was in emergency and they had done at midnight also. They take really good care of their patients.
