We are contact eye glass replace but their said and showing high value and good power very good condition , But taking very high cost eye glass change power and this is very bad service, Business perpus taking high amount and very wrong selling Very bad service and very wrong selling.

Waiting time is too much and poor responsiveness from staff. Upon calling the hospital we were told to come by 2pm and made us wait for 3 hrs saying doc is in operation and will come within 10 minutes. That 10 minutes became 3 hours. They don't know value of time and especially time of patients. I wish the staff gets replaced by correct people who knows how to respond properly and provide correct response.

I am very thankful for Vasan Eye Care especially Dr Padmaja madam. Now my dad's eye infection got cleared and he is able to see without any irritation and eye redness also cleared.. We are very much happy for the treatment and the staff is also polite.

Nurses are good and recommend good sight values. Quick and fast. Drops for relaxation of eye strain also work well. More number and senior doctors are required.

Infrastructure, staff, and doctors are supportive. Treatment is good. Checkup completes within 45 minutes. Consultancy time is very less when compared with other eye hospitals. Thanks, Vasan team.

It's indeed a matter of great regret and utmost inconvenience caused by vasan eye care when i had been to take consultation for my left eye as an insect hammered into my eye. Today i had been to your VEC and i was made to sit for 45 mins stating that i would be examined within 5 mins and 10 mins. Finally i was forced to return. You must know that the time is very precious and you are unfortunately not conscious about time. Without the presence of doctor don't give any appointments Causing inconvenience to the patients. And the doctor should even know the emergency of the patients. It's a shame that the doctors are so very irresponsible.This is the fact i have brought to your notice with grave concern.

We have consulted Vasan for my mom's Cataract treatment. She is a very nervous woman who is scared of hospitals and surgeries. Vasan staff has taken extreme care of her and made her feel very comfortable throughout the entire process and councellor Ms. Divya has been soo helpful all through..
