Gave my specs order in vasan opitacals, advaida road, near salem new bustand. They sent me damaged frame. I went to opticals n person and they said they will replace. Evn the second time it was not proper, again i gave them and they said they will replace the frame. Its past one month ,still im not getting any proper response from opitcal showroom. V bad experience. Past 2 months making me wait. WORST SERVICE. NVR APPROACH THIS OPTICALS.See the image frame, handle not at all in proper order,how can they deliver like this.Before delivering wont they check.
