10 years ago it was a great hospital. But when I happened to go here last week, the staff were very rude. Reception and billing section of the hospital is very good. To tell the truth, they were even kinder than the doctor. good and keep it up. Even though the doctor(Dr Nalini) didn't listen to us completely, he did what he had to do. The hospital was clean. At the same time, it was deserted. The reason for that could certainly be the behavior of some employees. Because we faced it too. One employee in particular, named angel, was very arrogant and disrespectful. The details of the names of the Marvas are not known. And the people inside the medical shop did not behave kindly. Very arrogant. Very very arrogant. In today's times, even government hospitals where free medical treatments are available are treated with kindness. But who are they? It is not known why they behaved in such a low standard. Even though the hospital itself was empty, they wandered around with the idea that they had gone for free medical treatment, sitting here and drinking there. Mainly the staff called angel. The workers in the examination rooms and medical shop were more interested in talking with their colleagues and laughing and talking to each other and passing the time rather than looking after the patients. They are like odd workers who get paid without working. If people like these continue to work in this hospital, the patients who come for treatment will continue to suffer and the hospital itself will have to be pulled down and closed. The person who was there apologized when he finally shared the incident in the billing section with regret. What is going to happen when he apologizes? When the wrongdoers do not realize it, it is not fair for them to apologize or for us to accept it. Hire people who are respectful and humble. Don't waste your money and tarnish your company name by hiring angel employees.

Taking good care of eyes

Well maintained, trained professionals and excellent services provided by the hospital. In specific Dr. Kamal Babu treats his patients will utmost care and delivers the best treatment possible. My father Mr. Doss Christopher had both his eyes treated for Cataract and was satisfied with the care and treatment provided during and after the surgery. I would definitely recommend this hospital to family and friends without any hesitance. Good job and all the best to the hospital! Thank you!

One of the best eye hospital in kanyakumari district. Its from vasan chain group, its a 4 floor hospital. Treatment is good, caring doctors, nice environment, less fee, medical scheme, parking, modern computerised eye checking equipment there, the hospital have a eye wear glasses store vasan opticals attached. people easily known this hospital, sometimes patient wait some hours

Though my glass prescription was from their Trichy branch, they immediately attended with good design of frames. After checking with many optical shops in nagercoil, reluctantly came to Vasan. Good collections and worth the price. Top branded ones are found at half the cost and latest designs, in comparison with other outlets. Cost of progressive lenses at lesser time for delivery is nice. Beyond that the honest suggestions and sincere attention of the staff made me more comfortable.

I went there once, didn't go there ever again. So you get my point. I have high myopia, they didn't put the correct power in the specs and contact lenses. I had told the nurse that the contacts and my vision was uncomfortable, but she didn't really care.( took the prescription to another opticals, they told us that the specs didn't have the prescribed power) so ended up buying a new specs and I never used the contacts. My dad had ordered a sunglass with transition lenses and they didn't put the colour which my dad had asked for. So basically, money wasted.
