Once known for the name "Vasan eye care" has now just went down in drains with their brand name.. The staffs are not polite, the establishment is not maintained, equipments are not upgraded. Felt like an abandoned ghost house. While calling for enquiry, the response received from the receptionist was not polite. They just wanted to end the call without clarifying the queries raised. Went in person and the situation remained the same. They have no answers for our questions and concerns.. It's sad to see the name of this establishment diminishing over time because of the unprofessional behaviour from the staffs and bad management of the establishment.

Take A second opinion from another clinic, Good service, arrogant doctor and they just want to sell high price medicine and specs when similar available outside at low cost, When I tested they said I had contractions in my eyes and I should use specs full time, I do check my eyes periodically. Hence, I took a second opinion from another clinic after two weeks, and the second clinic said I don't have any eyesight issues, and recommended reducing screen time and using eye drops if possible.

My laser treatment was done in Vasan eye care 2013. When treatment was completed, they said my eyesight will never go. But in 2021 again I went to Vasan as I was facing some difficulty. And they said eye power has come down and need to wear spectacles. I paid 50000 for the treatment and it has gone for waste. I will never recommend Vasan Eye care if anyone wants to do laser treatment. Pathetic people working in Vasan Eye care hospital

It's sad to see what Vasan Eye Care at Kannur has become. There used to be good doctors, but now it seems like all the good ones have already left. I went there after a year gap for a regular checkup, and they couldn't even find my previous documents and reports to have a look. Unfortunate for me I had a duplicate account (which shouldn't have happened in the first place because for both my accounts I gave the same phone number). The reception staff was very rude to me and talked to me in a rude tone as if everything was my mistake. I am terribly dissatisfied that the hospital doesn't take care of reports, profiles and a smooth transfer from one doctor to another doctor felt a bit disconnected. This is what happens when you keep consulting a doctor, and one day that doctor leaves a new doctor have no clue about your history. Apart from this, the hospital now looks abandoned and poorly maintained. The walls haven't been painted in a long time, all equipments look old and not cleaned, most of the chairs are torn with sponge coming out.

A famous eye hospital in Kannur. The doctors are well experienced. The hospital staffs are humble and polite. Room facilities are available for patients. They organise eye checkup camps at various educational institutions and other institutes.

Very organized and smoothly run eye hospital. Provides great service and the doctors are also well experienced. Compared to the service rate taken is appropriate!

My visit to Vasan eye care was simply very good. Both the Doctor and the staff are very systematic and I felt very satisfied with my visit and would recommend anyone to go their for their eye related issues

good standards. but costly. Waiting time is huge. Corporate rates for surgery and all. Best part is staffs and doctors are friendly.
