Recently visited there for my friend. That was nice experience All the staff and doctors are good. I had good care and polite attitude. very well maintained hospital. Medical services at affordable price for me. Thanks you for good services.

A review about new patient's registration desk on 14 September, 2023 in between 15:30 to 16:00 hrs, from the side of MRD No.274668. The female at the registration desk failed to register my name correctly even after repeatedly telling the spellings of my name. At Doctors desk I observed the error and after buying medicines from the concerned counter, I went to the registration desk and requested to rectify the error. At that moment she pretended to be professional. However, she turned to be absolutely un-professional and un-civil. The moment she felt that I went out of the gate she started making a mockery of my name to her 2 colleges at the near by desk. I intended to report the matter through an e mail to the hospital's customer care. However, except for recruitment facility, Vasan Eye Care Hospital doesn't have any e mail ids displayed in their website. My understanding after this experience is, medical staff of the hospital in Kochi MG road is competent and good, but non-medical staff is untrained, uncivil and crude, to function in a metropolitan city like Kochi/Ernakulam. Hospital recruitment need to put up a foolproof mechanism to recruit personnel with metropolitan outlook in the hospital's non-medical staff as well.

All the staff and doctors are good. Good care and polite attitude. Reasonable fees.

Starting from the reception till the doctor , you'll know their only goal is to mint money. There's no focus towards patients and absolutely nil interest towards their problems. All they are bothered about is to give patients reviews after reviews so that their business is unaffected. Very bad experience

I did my eye test from this hospital. The doctors explained to me the problems and solutions clearly, but i collected my priscription and bought the specs from an opticals near my house. They did the powers of the lens wrongly and i had to face so many problems. I went back to vasan and they gave me the specs exacty to my power and i felt very comfortable in their service

cataract surgery is failed,no senior doctors available. Treatment cost is high compare to other hospital
