Vasan Eye Care - Gajuwaka - Eye care center in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

Visited this clinic for routine eye check up. It's located on the Main road going to Gajuwaka from city. Before Gajuwaka junction, you have to take left side service road to reach the clinic. Easy to identify as it is facing the road with big board at the ground floor. Got place for parking my car. Lot of street parking is available. Prior appointment is desirable. The did all eye checks by well trained doctors and staff one by one in nice procedure. Very satisfied with the eye checkup.

Service is very bad. I bought a specs of 13000 Rs price with one year warranty. It's colour of the frame is losing.But they are not responding even i informed them physically.

It was a great experience and all staff were well trained and good behavior and doctor is also. I had took full family eyes checkup. We are happy with. Thanks to Vasan eye Care and team

One of the worst behaviours with respect to the reception staff. Highly unprofessional and could not be tolerated..I see no standards and protocols are followed in this hospital to regulate their staff's behaviour since a long time..Pathetic & highly not recommended.

Overall a bad experience, doctors are not available even in the day time and all days. If you visit this hospital you must check the dr. Availability before coming.

Eye testing for eye sight was done very very quickly as if the world is ending. Not giving time to check properly and make good decision. Was asked repeatedly and rapidly clear or not clear or not which was very irritating and I am in a feeling that I could have got better powered glasses if I was give enough time to make my decision. Gave eye drops for eye comfort if got eye strain. Which cost 450 I felt it to be very expensive. Not even a file or folder was provided to keep the prescription.

Worst eye care center ever! The staff is so arrogant. They know nothing about what they are doing. And you can't ask questions because they won't answer. Worst service. I went to get lens. They haven't given proper instructions. When I asked them which is best between daily lens and monthly. They said anything is same. The lens would burn my eyes like hell just the third day of reusing it. I used all my lenses and it's the same case with all 6 sets.
