If you are visiting Varanasi with your family, don't think twice to book this place. Two drawbacks, that can be neglected. No lifts and the entrance lane to the property can give you some negative vibes for first time. But rest assured of hospitality. I can leave any 5 star hotel for Varuna Palace.

The pictures are deceiving, the place is a dumb. Firstly I didn't get any soap shampo.. the water didn't work in hotel, and I saw multiple cockroaches at the place!, stay away from this horrible place
