Not Good. Not Hygienic. Rate difference. Direct 2000/ INR. Through Agoda, Treebo 1575*INR.includung tax and breakfast complementary. Bath not clean. Bead covers old not washed properly. When questioned regarding rate, the reception person answers...We charge treebo and agoda 2200 inr plus tax, they offer you 1625inr as an offer for customer. Where is the sense? This is for Delux Double. So after all Not Good.
Hotel is located in the main market and all the necessary items you will get nearby. the hotel location is good, also the room is also good, staff and food also good so overall you can enjoy your trip if you are staying here. Also they offer taxi service and laundry services also at very affordable price compared with other hotels.
The property location is really good. Didn't try the food but they don't provide the toiletries for some weird reason and slippers aren't provided either. But the General Manager Mr. Sanjay is really genuine person who may go out of the way to help you. I was getting late for one of my engagements in the city the guy dropped me off on his personal vehicle, an extra star for that.
Spacious Hotel, Neat and clean room. Washroom can be more clearer. Hot water available. Room service is prompt in response. Not much far from main city but located in a good area.
Rooms were quite dirty. Beddings were unclean. Bathroom windows missing. Door handle came off, fell on my foot and injured me. Bathroom door handle was not operating properly. Very basic things like water bottle, hot water in bathroom, door mat near bathroom, etc were missing altogether. Certainly not recommended.

Just take any auto for cidco till ramgiri hotel, from there it's just a couple of minutes. Ambience:- It's just as average as any other well maintained hotel. Good staff and rooms.
