Easily accessible Friendly staff and quick dealings. Average selection available for accesories and the quality of accesories were not that great. And there is no guarantee for the products and you are left with the damaged product of you get one Cosmetic section-not that many brands are available.But overall an average affordable store

Good collection of ladies accessories in the middle of the city with plenty of parking space . Very polite and courteous staff . One of the first outlet which has specialised in bringing various brands under one roof .

If u r going alone..not customer friendly..they wer actually ignoring. Wen I took the earring box ..they wer looking as if I'm som untouchable person going to steal their stuffs! That lady would not show me any boxes..only those in display are there is wat she told! And later I saw her showing boxes of stuffs to other customers! I mean how can u do that! I'm paying n buying ,I owe it too! Will never go again! Utterly disappointed! I have never seen or had to deal with this attitude anywer else ever! They look they gave! Being a doctor myself I felt really bad! Imagine me treating a patient lyk that!!I actually would like to file a complaint! Horrible way to treat customers! Since I did not have much time to shop from elsewhere I bought stuff and left from there ,swearing that I'll never visit..will never recommend and will discourage ppl who are their customers!

Got all fancy items and cosmetics under the same roof. It is on the more expensive side, but they have a huge variety of items. Very helpful in selecting the right accessories for your outfit.

They have really great collections of fancy items for girls and women. Though they are bit expensive....the products are with the price... Their customer service is also really great

Very bad customer service. Overpriced shop. Didn't get what I wanted. The girls were lazy & reluctant to show the products. The way the girls behave as if we have gone their to steal something. I got what I wanted from a small shop near Variety.

This store has nearly all the cosmetic products for ladies, but a bit expensive though. Not so customer friendly. The staff as well as the lady boss behave as if you are there for a favour.

Earlier was one of the best shops. Now quality too bad. Really dissapointed with onam purchase.
