Slow working specially the front lady who gives receipt of transactions. Over-all the employees are OK. Only Ms. Katiyar is good and Dileep.
Being a 11 year old customer of varenyam I've seen this service centre getting worse day by day. It used to be good but now it's in very bad state. No one cares to hear your problem leave solving it. They sprayed some white paint on my vehicle during the service and why I enquired they said it was their already and started to argue. They use dirty old worn out engine oil to lubricate your chain sprocket. After 11 continuous years being their customer I've started to look for other private mechanics. Very bad. Not recommending ever.
It's okey sort of showroom and workshop but since I have cheated at Hero workshop in front of me in changing lubricant oil.. so it's not bad to give 3 out of 5. On the other hand since hero. Is one of the leading 2-wheelar manufacturer in India so the always take customer as granted.

Can the Head of Varenyam pls help me in my matter It's a humble request. I purchased a Hero Pleasure from JK road in August 2022 since then it's like 10 times my vehicle has visited the workshop. Two batteries and charger replaced saying that there was a problem. Again today same issue like every month. This is high time now i need a replacement else will leave my vehicle at ur store only. Can someone really listen to this issue. I am frustated and will never suggest Tata Varenyam to anyone.
