Dr.s are good and clinic is also suitably located in Vasundhara sector 3 but the staff is either in too much of burden of performance or they are simply rude to ignore the details of appointment or out of customer empathy.. for once they will tell you one thing and in 10 mins, they will tell another thing with full of confidence (looked like arrogance)
Though usual wait time mentioned online would be 15-30mins it may take around 2-3 hours sometime to see the doc.. which I felt more like they couldn't manage the systematic approach. Parking is a big issue here as well so better plan your visit carefully after at least 10 calls to clinic. Stay safe.

The clinic is super hygienic and nicely maintained. The praise is more for Dr. bharti Verma who is a dermatologist. She explains the problem so well, diagnose properly and give medication accordingly. The location is at good place and the parking is also available. The pharmacy has higher prices though.
The consultation varies from doctor to doctor. Dr Bharti sits in Indirapuram branch also.
Bad Clinic Management. They almost don't want to help you. I am down with covid and asked for a tele-consultation slot with Dr.Deepak Verma to which they first refused. They said tele-consultations happens AFTER 9:30/10 pm. I have been waiting for a slot for over 2 days, with covid and in pain and they didn't choose to help. In the end they said no slot is available.
You will have to wait for more than 1 hour if you are a follow-up patient. I will not recommend
Clinic is good and at prime location. ENT and skin specialist are available at this clinic and there is a facility for surgery as well, if needed.
Doctors and staff are polite and very straightforward.
