Vardhaman Dhanashala Residency - Hotel in Karkala - Udupi, India

It is not always that fancy attracts it is the beauty of the simplicity which is beyond appreciation. Mr Francis is doing a great job in providing comfortable stay experience to the guests with an approach of helping. The rooms were spacious, prices were reasonable and basic things like water pressure, lighting's, switch near the head of the bed etc were taken care in the rooms. What else one wants during the stay !

Very pathethic behaviour of the staff and manager donot come into contact. Cannot alter the respect of guests. Also the owner has negative impact towards customer.

Service is good and the stay is also comfortable. Friendly staff. No complaint

Worst Rooms don't go as it's rooms boys very rude behaviour not at all good behaviour if we ask their is no kannada channel coming they said 'do we mentioned kannada channel come in tv do we said like they are saying in no other services provided better find other hotels please..

It is a fairly new place, I would give 3 stars for cleanliness as the washrooms are quite dirty but the Rooms and bedsheets are clean and tidy. Would love to give 5 star for the hospitality and amenities. It has AC and 24hours hot water, good parking space. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant however it's walking distance to nearby market and food court. The rooms doesn't have an TV yet.

Very nice stay decent cleaned and we'll maintained. Closer to lot of tourist attractions around Karkala. Very good staff and lodge owners, they were very accommodative . Budget friendly. There is a restaurant behind and food isn't an issue. Booked this stay from Airbnb. It is recommended not to book this stay from Oyo and instead contact the stay directly to book rooms as they themselves asked us not to approach Oyo to book the stay.

Booked for Delux room with Balcony via Goibibo, but they provided normal room saying that no other rooms are available. however the given Room were clean but there are few things missing in while checking in.. No TV, no bath towels, no drinking water, No bucket and mug.. Also staff doesn't know other than the local language.. They are least bothered about the customer.. Not happy with the hotel and their staffs. Won't recommend to others

The rooms were good but was too hot with only a window in one corner and the cot placed way far from it. No hotels nearby, have to go to town.
