Pros: Good rooms, access to a nice beach, lush premises, Serenity Cons: Uniformly unprofessional service across all departments: reception - restaurant - room service - security Not so good food, not so good buffet (both quality and variety) Overall, avoid it to the extent possible or have a short stay. Edit: Appreciate the efforts of the hotel management to connect and explore improvement areas basis the feedback.

Rooms are spacious and closer to beach. However they don't provide water bottles instead RO water, no soaps & toiletries instead liquid soaps & shampoos are kept in a container. Food prices are slightly on the higher side. Taste could be better. Also, this place is little inside so better to reach before getting dark. Access to beach is available.

It was a fantastic experience! Well planned huge studio rooms - the one we had stayed in and ample sunlight with large balconies. The property is stunning with an amazing Beachfront and lot of area to walk around. However, the food quality at the restaurant can be lot better(especially the seafood) and hospitality can definitely be improved.

Nice location and well maintained rooms, decent food options and there ends the positives. Absolutely chaotic service, random rules and no logic. For instance, there is a menu full of cocktails, it's even advertised in their YouTube ad, but after waiting 30mins for a decently priced cocktail at Rs. 400, talked to the F&B manager and his rational, sir we don't recommend cocktails since we only assign one bartender per shift (what a joke) Carry your own drinks if you want to quench your thirst in time. Cannot recommend to anyone for a second visit. Expecting a machine generated response about how they have improved their service in the recent weeks ;)

Though the resort is a bit in a remote place but the beach which is close to my room makes everything beautiful. The rooms are very bright and beautiful. Though I found the food a bit not suitable for me as I am from the North East. The overall experience is very good for me. You can sit near the empty beach where no one will disturb you. You can only hear the sound of waves.

Amazing location with private beach,if you are looking for a quiet holiday ,this resort will suit all your needs.Beach is really safe for a late night stroll too. Overall location is amazing,services are ok.Will definitely visit again.

We booked two rooms for five days via their website. The first impression was good as we arrived on Thursday. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is right next to the sea. It was quiet and less crowded. The breakfast buffet is good and they let you pack some food for children. However, Saturday onwards, the hotel staff was unavailable for basic service and took hours to refill water. The restaurant took 50 minutes to serve starters, during dinner, but that too was something different from what we ordered. The food was horrible on weekends, but good on weekdays. There are no other food joints within a walkable distance. The rooms smelled of rotten eggs right after service, because of unsanitary mopping and then there was this stench of sewage near our cottage, which percolated into the rooms through the AC. The kids' play area had no games intact. It was quite dirty. There was no pool guard on the weekend, and it was quite irresponsible of the hotel. The location and property were nice, but I would only recommend this hotel for a stay of one or two nights, during weekdays, that too if you dont mind sewage stench and waiting for basic services. I would rate them negative in terms of hospitality. Stay away on weekends. The front desk at this hotel and their attitude has been the worst I have experienced till date. They lack basic courtesy of saying thank you or please and they made us feel as if we were unwelcome.

This place is a Paradise in South Goa. Excellent location with great spacious rooms and good food and services. We took a Studio room. It is attached to Varca beach so can visit any time. It has restaurant and food is good and slightly bit expensive. The only disadvantage was there is nothing once you step out of the resort, you need a vehicle to visit a grocery or any shop.
