I recently dined at VARAMBU and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The restaurant is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and has a cozy and inviting ambiance. Varambu is a hidden gem located in Puthenkari, Kumbalangi ,Eranakulam district surrounded by beautiful chemmeen (shrimp) plantations. The restaurant offers an authentic South Indian dining experience in a serene and peaceful environment. The service at Varambu was prompt and courteous, with the staff being attentive and accommodating to our requests. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also impressive, with a neat and tidy dining area and clean washrooms. Overall, I would highly recommend Varambu to anyone looking for a good South Indian meal in a peaceful setting. The food, service, and ambiance all combine to create a memorable dining experience.

First of all, I was surprised to find a restaurant over there. It is located away from the roads in a really quiet area. The ambiance over there is so calming and peaceful. The food was excellent. But what attracted me the most was the hospitality the people over there provided. It would be better to pre-book before you visit.

It's a small beautiful place surrounded by natural prawn/fish farms! A very sweet family runs the restaurant and ensure that the food is ethnic food! Very glad I chose to come here with friends! We had an absolute lovely and serene time!

We had such an amazing time here at Varambu. A beautiful restaurant by the lake. You need to contact them prior for reservation. We had duck roast, squid roast, fish molly, karimeen pollichathu, appam, Chapathi and lime juice. Definitely going back again. Try and visit during sunset and get amazing pictures.
