I think the place can improve a lot in terms of food and service. There are more tables than the waiters and the food is terribly delayed. The food is also spicy compared to normal food and the basic dishes. The ambience is also average, just enough for a dinner but not an outing. It's convenient to come here due to parking or the place being on the main road, but not worth the time and money.

This Restaurant Is Fully Commercial . The Management is Not Concern About Customer Needs and Very Impolite. Sell Only Harmful Bottled Water. Don't Serve Even a Glass of Normal Water, Despite Charging Exorbitant Prices From the Customer.The Service Staff Don't Respect Telugu Language They Speak Hindi Only and Management Least Bothered About it. I Was a Regular Customer to this Restaurant And Spent Thousands of Rupees. But for the Last Few Years Stopped Visiting This Restaurant Due to Above Reasons.

Well, where do I start? Ambiance: It looks more like a bar and restaurant. Tables and chairs are ok. Food: Ordered mutton biryani. Few pieces and too much rice. Meat was undercooked. Rice didn't have any flavor. That's the reason for only 2 stars.

Food was good here we had chicken biryani. but the rest room maintenance is worst! Hand wash is near the rest room it was smelling bad.

Like good food, hygienic environment, and, according to your theme and budget, good ambiance. b) Train your Staff Well c) Interact with your customers & Interact with the Employees to maintain a healthy work-fun environment as your employees are your biggest asset. You also need to interact with your employees to be aware of what happens in the restaurant. Any changes in the restaurant or the menu must be communicated to the entire staff to avoid an embarrassing situation. d) Don't believe that the Customer is always right. A difficult customer might find a fault in everything you do. However, be polite and try to resolve the grievances of the customer. e) Don't ignore the Problems: Piling up the problems only serves to grow them, and hampers the restaurant business in the long run. f) Don't Give Up: Try to identify the problems and work to resolve them. Good food and nice ambience. I don't feel anything disappointment after tasting the food. Staff is friendly. And you can customize your orders as per the taste you're looking for. And the prices also very reasonable compared to other so called perky restaurants and hotels. I prefer and suggest this place when we are Mumbai highway or Ananthagiri Hills. And around Sangareddy town. Thanks for the nice food.
