It had lost its charm in deed. Quite disappointed when I visited two days back.
They serve good and tasty food, but, Try to avoid drinking water at this place. Instead buy bottled water. Staff lack coordination. I ordered something at the billing counter, and when I gave the bill to the cook, he told that he was out of ingredients. And this repeatedly happened thrice. Apart from this, this is a classy place, and is good to bring young kids and family to this restaurant. I love the ambience of this place.
This hotel is having High tariff, but the standards are very poor. I stayed in Room No. 306. 1) Bed sheets & pillow covers are not clean. 2) Flooring is not clean. 3) You will not get the room key. The door keys are not working. Only you can close the door from inside the room. Once you go out of room and come back the room key can be opened by only reception person. In bath room 4) Water is coming very slow in all taps. 5) Wast water is not going freely from washbasin. 6) No hot water 7) Almost all sanitary fixers need repair. 8) Glass portion handle rusted & broken. 9) The water which is coming in bathroom is not good. It may not be good for bathing. At the hotel entrance. 10) Lift area is not clean. At the Restaurant 11) Serving is poor 12) Washbasin are is Horrible 13) The restaurant is very noisy. The music in the restaurant is not pleasant and it is creating discomfort. Complementary Breakfast. 14) I have never seen this type of complementary breakfast. You get only Rs. 70/- discount in your bill amount. Totally it is not a good hotel. I will never go again to this hotel.
On the main road which is visible very easily. The hotel ambiance is very good and the service is excellent...the standards Toilet products are good.....lobby is good for siting and passing time.... Overall its a Good place to stay and food taste is excellent... Mostly all the vegetarian items are superb... I feel the hotel management should think about introducing non vegetarian foods
I had tea, good in taste. Ambience and service are good. But when we ordered for water bottle, They have given their own Brand for Rs. 25 for 500ml. Which don't deserve.

If they do not take necessary steps now in future it has to face losses. Service staff condition is poor. Ex: They served hot corn soup in a plastic container, i have asked them a steel spoon Then the server just given a spoon other eaten plate by someone by cleaning with tissue that was the condition of service.
This place has a "vegetarian" symbol on it's main board but when I asked the staff, they said that "Sizzling Brownie" has egg in it. Have a clarity of what you are selling!!! Also, prices are high for the quality of food served. Service and ambiance are good.
Not much tasty food. I have been to a birthday function. Hall maintenance is good and spacious for small occasions. Parking area is less. Better prefer 2 wheeler. wash rooms are less and congested. One must go to wash room only to wash their hands no separate wash basin to wash hands after you eat.
