Vanheusen Factory Outlet - Clothing store in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

The shirt I bought from here was damaged in 2 days. I contacted them on the phone and told them clearly what had happened. They told me to bring to their showroom.After traveling 20 km, It was denied in a single second. The sales man there behaved very badly. They could have denied it when I call them. Unprofessional and bad customer service .Low quality material , high price and unprofessional staffs. Rs2229 priced shirt thrown away without using single minute

Poor customer service. The sales person doesn't respond to our needs. After entering the shop we have to wait for 5 min for the sales person to come. Also the person is not willing to show anything that we ask. We have to explain him so many times of our needs. The behaviour of the sales person is very worst. Because of that person's behaviour we left the shop without buying what we wanted even though it was available.

Billing prices are higher than the tag price. Van Heusen is selling dresses with lower price on tag & higher price in bill. One good thing the sales person has informed about the price variation before billing, else it would be a pakka FRAUD.

It's a small outlet near urapakkam, it's on the GST road, they have a decent set of collections. They had offer when I visited last time, buy 3 get 4 offer. Couldn't get enough pant of size 36 as stock was limited. They told me they expect new stock in a weeks time.

Factory outlet where there'd offer almost throughout the year. At times there'd be beautiful collections.

Moderate collection of garments for men. This store runs offers throughout the year. Price is very reasonable post discounts.
