Worst service...The don't even provide water bottles too .. if u ask for water... The just say drink tap water in your bathroom No complimentary food..just tea without cups

Stay: 2/5 Comfort: 2/5 Location: 3/5 Behaviour: 3/5 Ambiance: 1/5 Overall: - Way too costly for its place. - Employees are not courteous enough and we've been made to get everything on our own. - They alloted a room up above of the stairs which is not that easier to climb, and after multiple calls they've reluctantly allotted another room which was really bad in the ground floor while no others have actually booked. - For the whole of our stay me and my friend were the only 2 guys stayed there, but still they kept telling us that more no of ppl are coming to stay for no apparent reason - Families, pls stay away! Definitely won't work for families as the very look will give you a bad picture of all the sarakku bottles kept as a decorative show piece between the ground and first floor. That was super weird!!

We Stayed there.. Rooms are good. Some pests are inside the rooms like snails and spiders. That is hills station no surprise to see there types of pests. They book us 4000 for 6 members. At last the care taker will ask you 200 cleaning charge. Don't give. Even he will not take care of us. But rooms and bed are quite nice. Hot water available, ups available, nice bed spreads there..

When we stayed there, our Room heater did not work and Bed is not flexible. Water dropping from roof. Upstairs room toilet pipe is passed through our room. It created sound in the night whenever water passes through it and distubed our sleep. Rs 2100 rent is very high to that room.

Very bad maintenance,bathrooms are not clean,blankets are not washed and it's stinking,rent is high for this room and urging the customer at the check out time.not a good shelter for extreme cold climate there,there is no proper roof ,it was covered with sheets which was not keeping the room warm,we felt very cold inside same as we felt chillness outside

Loved the place very much!!!! Very unique place I've ever seen, the bed was made up of stone unlike other wooden bed (cool idea) when I came to Kolli during 2018, we booked PA resort, the rooms were not clean and the staff were very rude and also they charge high price compared to this resort... We 6 members went and they charged some 2000 only, very large and comfortable room, the rooms were also decorated with cute colorful lights They also have tent and campfire.. I'm totally impressed with this place especially the manager (Mr. Venkat) was very friendly and genuine, and explained everything about the place and plants over there...!! Must visit if you really want a good experience
