Vandyam Prasada Foods Private Limited - Health food store in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

We were a regular customer of Vandyam, but lately the service and food have been horrible, I wouldn't recommend them to any one, please don't order from here. In our previous order, the breakfast reached at 10am! And we had to throw all of it away because it was not even cooked properly, no action was taken on the complaint. Today was the last attempt, the breakfast reached us at 9.50, and unfortunately the food was really bad again, no point complaining now.

We had been ordering from Vandyam for a while now but it looks like they're one of those ventures that has made enough money now and doesn't really care about quality and customers anymore. Their orders are always delayed. There is really no point in ordering a day before. It is better to order via delivery apps from other sathvik restaurants. Today was the last straw. They delayed the order and the akki rotti looks like the attached image. We cancelled our lunch order and will never ever be trying their services again.

Very dishonest and disorganized business. They did not even have the decency to communicate honestly and kept telling they will check on the order and call back (which they never did). We had confirmed catering last night at 9:58pm for 8 people with delivery for lunch. We had to call 5 or 6 times before getting a straight answer. We were told that we had not confirmed and the order was not made, despite messages on WhatsApp clearly showing confirmation. This was a lie. They could have told us in the first place instead of lying and then we could have begun cooking half an hour before had they not lied and evaded. As it was, all the guests had arrived and were waiting for food.

Had the opportunity to savor all their refreshment snacks ........ on more than one occasion ........perfect is the word!!! ......... all the ingredients were in the right proportions, had the appropriate crispiness, and uniformly great!! Wish they retain those master chefs!!

Worst customer service ! Who ever handles WhatsApp and call is not in sync! I said jackfruit holige and they take order for mango . It's been a month and no response . And they cal me and say that badam barfi is ready . take order properly !! So Frustrating

Food is good, like home. 5* delivery is sloppy 2*, customer service 1* never picks up the phone. Ordered 2 items only delivered one.and not picking up phone.

Awesome food, Vandyam and superb home delivery despite cyclone rains. I am trying to imagine how anyone will deliver in the pouring rain for last 48 hours. Great Job. keep it up. Well done. Have used it twice and highly recommend them - polite delivery boys on each occasion and punctual. Vandyam has mixed reviews, but we have been using them for years and have never had any issues. I would recommend them for any day compared to others. Great team and super reliable! I order from them every time I need food. I had gone wrong many times until I came across Vandyam foods. Their Frontdesk is very friendly. They are reliable.

The Sattvic lunch was delicious. Their Refreshments were fresh and yummy and are worth the try.
