Vanaparvathi Lodge - Hotel in Thiruchendur - Tuticorin, India

I had a disappointing experience at Vanaparvathy Lodge in Tiruchendur. The rooms were incredibly small, and the A/C and TVs were not functioning properly. What made matters worse was the lack of cleanliness before check-in. To top it off, they didn't provide basic amenities like towels, bed sheets, or toiletries like soap and shampoo. I strongly advise against booking a stay here under any circumstances. It's essential to choose a more accommodating and hygienic option for your trip to Tiruchendur. Pros: Friendly staff. Seaview through the ultra tiny 3 feet balcony.

Room is not clean well. Insects and ants everywhere. Staffs behavior is good. No TV, heater was not working, no towels and blanket provided. No toiletries. Well one would expect all these coz of the asking price 1.5K

Room is ok but not clean ... bad smell but easily accessible to temple and beach

700 metres from thiruchendur murugan temple. Good sea view hotel. The only concern we have is to walk 500 metres to the hotel.

Hi friends good morning, Last week I stayed in this hotel with my wife at Thiruchendur . It was double room A/C . In the google the rating has been given as 4.1/5 . Due to this rating , I booked the room online . My experience I have given below :- 1. Reception - ok 2. Lift - good 3. Room - Not expected . Very bad condition. Room was very small . It was not clean at all . Dusts were found accumulated in the window, on the bathroom floor mat , even on the floor . There was on TV . We were provided only one towel . A/C condition was not good . Though we kept the A/C temperature at 16 degree , we had to switch on ceiling fan to get little cool air . No complementary water and break fast . 4. Bath Room : Geyser was available but found not in working condition. No mirror . No bathing soap , shampoo etc., The cleanliness of the bath room was ok and not up to the standard. Also bathroom was very small . No wash basin in the bath room 5. Small Balcony : Wash Basin was in the balcony . But no mirror . 6. I paid INR 2100 . But they didn't give the receipt. When I asked they told me GST will be added . Hardly we stayed morning 6.15 AM till 9PM in the night . Not at all value for the money . It is worth for INR 1250. Definitely I will not stay next time and will not recommend to my friends too . No proper supervision too. I don't know whether the management is caring or not .

experience was very nice.staff were good & kind. had a comfortable stay. room was very neat and clean. room service was really good . good location to stay mainly for temple visit and morning sun rise beach view .office staff was very kind and helpful for booking cab services. our special thanks to hotel manager for providing excellent support during our stay. for sure we will visit next time also to this hotel and we rate 5 star for thisvanaparvathi lodge.thank you.

Recently, went to Tiruchendur and booked these rooms just for refreshment. Eventhough, we booked the rooms two months earlier, they gave only one triple bed room but we booked 2 double bed rooms. Room service was good. They answered our queries instantly. But the rooms are very small and the maintanence of the rooms are very average. Rooms are ok not very clean.. The pipes had leaks issues in the room where we stayed. Location of the lodge is great, you can see the beach and temple gopuram from the room. While vacating we had but argument with the staff, they gave only one room but charged for two rooms.. Stay was ok. I would recommend only if you dont have any option please consider this lodge.

Location was good. But no proper parking space. Room was comfortable with balcony facing the sea. Service isn't that good and needs improvement
