Van Heusen - Lulu Shopping Mall - Clothing store in Kochi, Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

Visited this showroom one week ago. Showroom has a wide collection of suits, premium clothings, fabric, denims etc. I purchased a blue denim. it was perfect fit. But in this showroom customer service was very poor. Store is situated inside lulu mall so they will be having sufficient footfall. 50% of the visitors would be doing window shopping. That may be one reason why they are not attending all the customers. But by doing that, they are simply ignoring potential customers..there are many shops in the mall. Management must resolve this issue, if they want to exist.. dress collection is great but service very poor..

I don't have much words to explain the experience I got from this store. I went to nearly 5 stores before coming here and I was expecting the same service that I got from the other store but laxon amused me by providing such a marvelous job. He explained me all the details about the shirt,suit, combo sets and everything. I was here only to puchase the suit but he showcased all the products which went well with the suits. Super amazing collection and customer service. Thanks a lot laxon for this. You made my day

Subject: Complaint against Salesman and Salesgirl at Van Heusen Store in Lulu Mall I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable behaviour and mistreatment we experienced at the Van Heusen store located on the first floor, shop number 21, in Lulu Mall. This incident occurred yesterday(06-09-2023), and I am deeply disappointed by the conduct of three of your employees, two salesman and a salesgirl. To provide context, my family and I had visited the Van Heusen store after making substantial purchases at another Van Heusen outlet within Lulu Mall, Totaling approximately 14,000 rupees. After purchasing from there, we went to shop number 21 van Heusen outlet. We were shopping for shirts for an upcoming wedding function, and one specific shirt priced at over 4,000 rupees caught our attention from shop number 21 van Heusen outlet. Upon trying the shirt, we realized that the size was slightly tight, so we politely requested a larger size from the salesman. Unfortunately, he displayed a dismissive attitude and appeared to take us for granted. We proceeded to pay for the shirt using a credit card but, "just seconds later", my brother decided he wanted the next size up. It was at this point that the situation escalated unnecessarily. The salesgirl handling the billing section was remarkably rude and unhelpful, stating that they could not provide a refund or exchange. It's important to note that we hadn't even taken possession of the product, as it remained in the store. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with their treatment, one salesman, whose name we believe is "Lexzen" raised his voice and even challenged us to file a complaint against him. He harassed my mother, who has a respectable background of serving in government service in the Social Justice Department of Kerala, right in front of other customers. The situation escalated to the point where one salesman physically pushed "Lexzen" away due to his extreme anger. This behavior is unacceptable, especially towards customers. We are deeply concerned about how other customers may be treated in your store if this is the way a medical doctor and a retired government employee were treated. "Despite this unpleasant experience, I must acknowledge the professionalism and courtesy of the assistant store manager, a lady, named Jeena and a salesman named Akhil, who ultimately provided us with the correct-sized shirt".Jeena and akhil behaved very well and it is because of them we took the shirt. I want you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against the individuals responsible for their disrespectful behaviour and mistreatment of customers. We hope that steps will be taken to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future, as they tarnish the reputation of your brand.

I like the environment of this store especially the attitude of every staff and customer service. You will get Best fashionable products and quality products at reasonable prices

Great experience we had there. Wen went there to take engagement dress for my friend. The hospitality by the staff was warming and they have great collection in blazers and suits. We ended up taking a grey blazer and light blue shirt pricing around ten thousand in total.

Had the worst experience ever. Was here for a wedding suit purchase. Placed an order and had requested a pick up after 2 days after alterations. The lady sales associate who was on floor on the day of purchase had promised that the suit will be delivered free of any lint or dust. When i came for the pickup, i could see that the suit was just left hanging on the side of cashier with all the dust and lint clinging on to it. When this was addressed to another sales person on the floor, he said he could give another suit and i waited for another hour and half. They gave me another one without even opening its pocket or doing the necessary pre delivery checks. The suit even had a thread missing on it which was evident on its backside. Since i had no more time to spare with this sort of irresponsible people, i took the intial suit and left the store. When i raised this issue to the manager, all he had to say was to lower my voice. He never had my issue resolved or cared to address the issue. When i said him to give the initial suit, he just took it and tossed it towards me. This is not the attitude that one expects from a reputed brand. The lady sales person on the floor makes false promises that she cant keep. She wasnt present on the day of delivery. Worst shopping experience ever. Would never recommend even to buy a handkerchief.
