No proper timings, they say the timings are 9.30 to 12.30, but doctor comes at 11.30, again we need go out for some tests . It will take lot of time to complete the process. Staff behaves as the wish No maintained clean and neet.
Bad Maintance. Only accepts cash(Black money) even in the pharmacy inside. They try to squeeze as much money as possible. Charges a complete day charge for a bed even if a patient get admitted one second before midnight and same for oxygen, if you are on oxgen support even for one second in a day, you will be charged for the whole day. A nebulizer gets used twice everyday by almost everyone in the hospital and they charge Rs 100 per use(Liquid inserted inside the nebulizer has to purchased seperately) and nebulizer itself costs around Rs 1500. As I said earlier, "squeeze as much money as possible". While leaving sweepers played "forgot your bag" card(Even though there was no bag) to squeeze some money. I wouldn't go to this hospital even if it is the only hosptial in the world.
Worst hospital ....I have ever seen. Worst Treatment by doctor .... Even he won't talk to patient properly and admitted patient treated on video call only... If it is through video call why should we go for hospital...and they charge general ward bed cost 7500/day ...without consultation and medicine . Beware of this type of money minded and paisa vasool hospitals.
I can say this is the best hospital in kakinada.The service and treatment are so good! Safety measures which taken here by the staff are literally amazing
I have consulted Sri Gopinath, he will not try to know patient issue, he will try to send patient in a minute. I won't suggest this hospital. RMP's are far better. Always a doctor should be like a friend.
