Very bad behaviour by staff and rudeness has its limit. When we checked in, we already made a deal on extra bed. When a new person came, he denied the request and asked to pay additional money. He was not even ready to listen that we have a commitment from another person who checked us in. He was super rude and took some negotiation to make him realise that he is behaving like a fool. Rest all, room wise, location wise, it's very decent. We took a large room with 6 beds and costed 3000.
Located very close to the Thiruvarangam temple main tower entrance. Room was clean and neat. Spacious room. 4 members in 1 room. Room had a double cot and 2 single cots. Bathroom was neat and spacious. We didn't get any bathing towel, soaps and etc... AC was comfortable. Had a TV too. Highly recommended...
Absolutely worst experience we had with this hotel. They provide only single AC for a 6 persons capacity room. They didn't even clean the room and they didn't put clean blankets or mattresses. When we requested to change the blankets they refused. And they are not bothered to clean the washrooms before checkin. Washrooms are very dirtyHygiene and cleanliness are lacking here. I suggest everyone take time to look for other rooms which are little far from the temple. This rooms are way far better.

Except location, there's nothing to say positive, only -- Very Poor response or help from receptionist, toilet was smelling bad, after complaining a person was sent after 10 mins to clean and spray,he just sprayed in the living room in front of our face. A/c remote screen display was not working, i asked to change the batteries,but they said battery is in good condition. Not able to check the temperature set. If you don't have any other option then try this hotel, otherwise check elsewhere
Rooms are neat and good. Pros: Location and accessibility for everything. Con: No towel/soap.. provided. No hot water, waited for 30mins after opening tap. (Since mentioned it's solar) Overall: Rooms are good but surely not worth 2k.

This is a very comfortable lodge for more than 2 adults. There are 2 bed rooms with separate ACs. However only 1 Toilet is there with 2 bathrooms. Staff is good. We can have comfortable stay here.
