Had felt cheated from the employees of this place, went to buy cooler which was priced Rs 12800 quoted by the employees intially, we asked for same day delivery they refused that its 8pm so not possible. My husband took the number of the store and next day coordinated for the same but had asked me to pay the upi, i was stucked in office meeting so payment got delayed for more than 40 minutes then staff said to my husband & father in law that your bill got cancelled because of delay in payment. Our purpose of expiditing the process was same day delivery only as guest were to arrive but they refused. I reached from office directly to the store at 7pm and acted as new customer and asked for the price of the same cooler they said 12500, then i asked for billing and gave GST No then they realised that I am sharing the GST no of the same company which they received from another customer then staff said mam apka bill bna hua hai, it has not been cancelled. I said you communicated me 12500 and to the earlier bill you had said 12800 as well as we already had enough dramma so kindly bill this 12500 product and requested for same day deliver they again denied for the same. We as consumer felt cheated for a while and the right information was not shared with us which created unecessary drama.

One of the worst experience with the store .. Bought a Voltas window ac and within 28days it has started showing multiple errors.. The engineers visiting are blaming each other for the fault.. Nobody is there to take action.. I Need AC Replacement.

Excellent customer service pre and post purchases. The collection of multiple brands under one roof is excellent. It's value bargain with quality articles and great customer satisfaction. The staffs are very courteous and business policy of the group is praise worthy.

Recently I bought 2 deep freezer from value Plus store for my new shop. I must say the products are really genuine and the services too like on time delivery, demo etc. Thanks for being the helping hand in our new shop opening. The store is indeed value for money. It has wide range of electronics product and good sales support. I would recommend everyone in crossing Republik to visit this place for purchase of any electronic items.

It is actually value minus store. It is much better to buy from online instead of them. They orally tell something else and when it comes to real service it is completly different. They told installation charges are 500 but charged 750, if customer can by 35 k item he can pay 250 also. User can get much better value, return policy if they buy online and prices are same.
