Valparai Jungle Stay - Cottage in Valparai - Coimbatore, India

We've been there With family for a Vacation, Parking wasn't there We have to Park the Vehicle at Road side. Our Car had several scratches while we coming back. Even The Dinner we Ordered there Was not Good. They Provide Over Cooked or Heated Food Items. Even Breakfast was average. Rooms there wasn't power for the Entire Stay. They Simply doesn't care about that even we requested several times. So we Vacated within 1 day of Our Stay.Due to Poor Hospitality. They Charge Almost 2k per person a Day. They Could Provide atleast better food Because we were with kids. The Location was Good. And Don't know whether The Property Owner is aware of their Staffs Behavior. Kindly Improve the Hospitality Of the Stay.

Travelled to Valparai and had an amazing stay for 2 nights here.. location is completely in the midst of nature and perfect if you need to unwind from your daily work.. service is really a standout. They work really hard to keep the customer happy or at the least satisfied. 3 Cheers for them on that. Sighting was amazing.. elephants, wild boars, bison, leopard.. trolling experience

Very pleasant and calm atmosphere for stay with family and friends The most important thing to say about jungle stay is the food service they provide aaahwwwww wowwwwww so Delicious and very hygienic. Their services also too good they are anytime ready to bring whatever we want. The off road trucking was so much interesting and adventurous All around it was an amazing and spectaculous Experience Highly recommending

We recently had a reasonable stay at Jungle Stay Resort in Valparai and overall, it was a memorable experience. We stayed there on June 2023. Here are the key highlights: The rooms were clean and the toilets were neat. While the rooms may not offer luxurious amenities, the true charm of the resort lies in its location within the tea plantation. This proximity to nature allowed us to easily spot animals during our stay in June 2023. We were fortunate enough to witness bisons and peacocks during our time there. The service provided by Mr. Murugan was exceptional. He took us to a nearby waterfall and guided us during the morning walk and night safari. His genuine and helpful nature made the experiences more enjoyable and informative. Though we could spot only dear during our night safari. The food at Jungle Stay Resort was good, and the tea served was also enjoyable. The dinner and breakfast provided ample portions that satisfied our hunger. We would like to extend our thanks to Mr. Mohanan for his attentive service during our meals. The only inconvenience we faced was that the food was served in the room, which wasn't very convenient due to the limited space with only one small table available. We also appreciated the informative assistance provided by Ms. Sangeetha before we booked the rooms. Her guidance and information helped us make informed decisions and ensured a smooth booking process. In conclusion, our stay at Jungle Stay Resort in Valparai was a pleasant one. The clean rooms, proximity to nature, and the opportunity to spot animals added to the charm. The food was good, though the room service setup could have been more convenient. The service from Mr. Murugan and the informative assistance from Ms. Sangeetha were noteworthy. We would recommend this resort to nature enthusiasts seeking a unique experience amidst the tea plantations of Valparai.

We stayed there during the last week of October 22. But we had a very bad experience on the last day. I was returning in the morning after a birdwatching session, while entering the premises of my stay, from nowhere an unleashed owner's rottweiler dog attacked me (photo attached). I had a huge 600mm camera lens in my hand, with that somehow I defended myself, but the dog was persistent and continuously started barking and charging at me. The other guests from nearby cottages started shouting at the dog and opened the gate for me. I entered the premise of another cottage after a 2mins standoff with the dog. With God's grace, I wasn't hurt that day. I was very anxious because in the backside of the house my wife and son were having breakfast and I was sure seeing my small kid it would have attacked the same way it did to me. I was not able to call my wife to tell her to go inside the room, because there is no mobile network. I don't understand the point of keeping three ferocious dogs (two rottweilers and one German Shephard) in a guest house that is frequented by paying guests, and sometimes leaving them unleashed and unattended. Apart from that, we had to park our car on a narrow road 1.5km downhill, where I found some scratches on my brand-new car. There is no dedicated place for parking. After that, it will be approx. 1.5km 4x4 wheel drive on a bumpy road to reach the stay. The road was so pathetic with boulders that our Jeep Compass car was also not able to climb. My wife got a bad hit in her head due to the bumpy road and reckless driving by the resort driver. However, the stay and the ambiance were ok. The Food was good. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

the place is located inside a plantation which is close to forrest area. There's few cottages within the area which gives each family guest the privacy they need. the cottages are old and the rooms are just okay. also there's a view point and a waterfall near by but we can only go there with one of their staff as it's a bit long from the stay. Overall the experience was fine!!

Hey this place is middle of tea estates Wonderful location with a small water fall Rooms, food was good but not aware of quantity. Nice experience

A real rustic stay experience set in the cottages in the Korangmudi estates..real encounters with wild elephants in the tea estate is a norm.. A small waterfall in the premises is a gud background score and a great bathing experience
