The sofas in the ground floor living room were broken and lift was not working when we enter into the house and somehow they made it ready before that evening. The housekeeper were friendly and responding whenever we had some queries.

Comfortable and clean rooms. AC was available in all the rooms. They had a kitchen and a fridge with some basic utensils which helped us out a lot. The swimming pool was clean and the lawn was well maintained. They also had a Jacuzzi on the top floor but we didn't use it.

The property seems to look good. But the ac's in couple of rooms were not functioning. One of the room had some water seepage when ac runs for long time. The rooms and rest rooms were not that clean. You cannot expect the cleanliness what you can expect in a proper hotel or resort. There is no snooker table as shown in property images. It's kind of okay..

Amazing place to stay with 20 members of family and friends. Beautiful villa near beach. Swimming pool looks small and not very appealing to eyes at first glance but when you get into it, It feels amazing and it has privacy, people can't see us swimming from nearby houses or from the streets. House is huge. It's bit tough to maintain such property crystal clear. My experience at this place is amazing. Rare Power issues, water issues and few minor maintainace issues are there but they didn't spoil the fun.I give 5 stars rating. Best place to have fun. If you are looking for very very neat place you should go to some Expensive Resorts. This villa feels like home.

This could have been a good property few years ago, but not anymore. Lack of maintenence shows. The bedrooms were dirty and bathrooms were filthy. The sofas were in pathetic condition. The kitchen was a disaster. The only saving grace was a relatively clean pool, which also needed better maintenence . May not be the best option for families with kids. It's was more like a bhoot bungalow. Adding details of booking: It was reserved in the name of Guru Baran for dates 12-14th August. We were a group of around 20.

Within city limit Staff was ok at premises Pradeep the owner and planner well executed how to handle a corporate people. Stayed on 7th may with around 30company mates He guided entire scene clearly. We enjoyed every moment Comparative to all nearby property Everything had something lacked somewhere. This was absolutely we'll good to go. I really appreciate once again entire work and support by owner indeed involved personally for all your needs. Think about what you get for what you pay clearly. One real time experience for team outing.

Individual bunglow at best rate in chennai. We entire family had good times at first weekend of 2022 1st. Entire staff and ambience kept going. Swimming pool covered which is more appreciated for our family women. Kitchen would be more big but ok for a day to manage. Roooms are well cleaned and maintained well. Guru housekeeper taken care Pradip who was following on calls for each step. Had a good time. Realy worth staying here Enjoyed every moment. Thanks and yes will refer as much as i can. Good day
