Beautiful spot where we can see the whole valley in front of us. In rains, filled with clouds and waterfalls

Best time to vist during monsoon, Peaceful, beautiful and risky at the same time. This place located on National Highway.

A place worth a stop on the Karad Chiplun road. The point offers a breathtaking view of the cliffs of the western ghats along the edge of the Konkan region. Dense forests and lush greenery add much beauty to the place. Refreshments are also available at a couple of restaurants near the point mainly offering Maharashtrian cuisine. Moreover, corn and forest berries like 'Karwanda' and 'Jamun' are also available , mainly sold by the local vendors. Summing up, a great place for a quick rest and refreshment on the way to Chiplun, Guhagar, Velneshwar etc.
