Valley Camps - Campground in Bandrol - Kullu, India

Scenic place. Excellent camping atmosphere. Wonderful staff. Truly memorable experience. Hadly any distance from the highway, close to bias river and beautiful mountan view. A must visit location.

It's was very wonderful experience. We are more the 110 people, the owner manage it very easily. The ambience of place is very good infact Excellent. Their rafting experience is very good. Love to come back this place again and again. The owner Mr. Vinod is very nice man . 5* is less to give them. :)

Every year, we go this camp site for a week or so, we stay here, enjoy the peace and serenity, sit on the bank of Beas river for hours. I am in so much love with this place. There food is excellent and staff is very helping. And yes its also safe, once I have visited with my gang of girls, and they loved this place.

The site is just beside the highway blessed with nature and is like a peaceful miniature island in the middle of the river beas with all the facilities in place. Abundant parking space is available for small cars and even big busses, there is a cute little bridge to cross the river which leads to the site which is a small little world in itself. The site is equipped with top class amenities including tents, food, washrooms and are very well managed and maintained . They offer wide variety of activities and adventure sports which are strategically planed for all age groups. Its the best camping site in kullu and the people who run the camps are very professional and friendly, they go out of the way to make sure you have great experience.

It's one of the most beautiful and unforgettable memories of visiting kullu. The camps provides you with the real climate of the place. Even though these camps provide kitchen spaces, tarpaulin tent houses and bathrooms heaters or such facilities are not available here. Nights will be damn cold and you'll freeze to death. For people who are not familiar with the cold climates, this is a once in a lifetime experience. They'll provide sleeping bags though. This place has some adventure sporting events nearby like every other camps. This place sooooo beautiful with its plum trees and a river flowing nearby. There are mountains all around this place and they'll light up at night (seems like a lot of houses on that mountains). Beautiful place to visit for college trips (I won't suggest honeymoon couples because I'm not sure about the safety when you are alone), bachelor groups etc. Liquor stores are available in plenty, and the tent compound is covered with Marijuana plants( or some other plant which looks exactly like Marijuana plants).. Once more I'm telling the tourists to be really aware of the fact that bargaining is the talent you need to survive here and not to be fooled by your tour guides on certain things.... Food quality is ok ok. Afraid in sleeping because of spiders and some other insects. View is awesome. In river rafting while rafting at that time they inform if you want video you have to pay 1000 rupees. Not friendly persons the rafting coach. Kind of rude behaviour, in between I don't know why he decided to change. :p

The camps are located at a good location, to be precise, you can sit by the riverside and just feel the calm. The camps itself are organised in an inviting way. The tents were okayish, not the cozy type, but doable if you set your expectations not too high. The only challenge was insects in the tents. But since we spent most of our time out in open, it was a good experience overall. The hosts had good arrangements for food and fun.

I have spend one night with family members we have a good experience of camp stay and natural atmosphere. Food quality and service is excellent. In the camp site all the adventure activities with best and experience staff. Camp site is safe and camp staff is very good nature. My best experience of river bathing and camp food is nice. All the family member is very happy and satisfied. Thanks and best wises of all camp members
