I have known Dr. Hari Kumar for more than a decade now and he is our go to ENT specialist in Tirupati. I have got treated for my sinusitis and allergic rhinitis. He not only treats the condition, but also spend good amount of time to explain the cause, aggravating factors, preventive measures for the present condition. Patient education is the key for any illness and he is the best. My seasonal episodes have reduced over time and the intensity too.
Doctor is very good at treatment and way of explaining the decease and medication. But I have experienced very bad incident with reception staff. Though I came early they sent me at very last. They are covering as they came before me and they took phone appointment. But when I call them they said there is no phone appointments. If you want good treatment you can go. But don't expect the order of patients coming and consulting.
The doctor is knowledge driven with good patience and hears all the concerns of the patient and prescribes the best treatment that fits the patient in terms of comfort and economy.
