Good hospital with all advanced facilities. All nurses are very calm and friendly. They are always ready for the work , ICU facility is very good . They play radio inside the ICU for patients to relax. Nursing and hospitality is really apprciatable. For biastanders they are providing different types of rooms. Eg- AC ,NON AC For normal room it is 900 and for ac room it is 1400rs . Daily 2/3 times they cleaned the rooms and bathroom so always it looks good. In the ground floor there is a canteen , baby shop , and a coffee shop is available. They have a large parking area . So it's a very good hospital with all facility and good doctors. All Staffs are very friendly.

Dark atmosphere hospital very poor lighting system. Big building but lighting low.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the significant delay in my consultation appointment today. I arrived at the hospital at 10 am as advised, but it is now 11:30 am, and the doctor has not yet started their consultation. I understand emergencies occur, but I request better communication and consideration for patients' time, such as informing about delays or rescheduling appointments.

Just give a casual visit, and have a conversation with the staff in reception. That's enough to judge this management. DON'T EVER COME TO TREAT here.. All the good doctors have left this hospital because of the management who have doubtful intentions. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Very good hospital.good services.somany doctors are available here. Here is very beautiful views from the top floor Many lifts, pharmacy is very good . Don't want to stand on a proper line.there has almost all departments .all doctor are well educated.good rooms available For patient AC and non AC rooms are available here. Emergency services are good they had 6 ambulance . Large area for parking, there has separate area for parking doctors vehicles. canteen is also available here . A small health shop is also available inside the hospital. one of the best hospital in Karunagappally. The op fee is also less in amount comparetively with other hospitals.

Very worst experience... especially the casualty doctors are really worst...and they are not even caring any patients. They were just doing there chit chats with nurses and other people like a kudumbasree meeting.

Improving the quality and accuracy of the radiology department should be a priority to ensure patients receive reliable and precise diagnostic information.

It is such a big hospital near karunagapally KSRTC bus station, there are expeianced doctors in all the departments, one thing I have noticed is the cleanness is so poor at the lobby and the walkways. There's a canteen next to the hospital building which is not hygienic. And the cafeteria inside maintained so poorly as well.
