Valigonda Cheruvu - Seasonal lake in Voligonda - default, India

It's very interesting places for Nature lover's

The elevated path around the Pond is good for 2 cars to pass. A way to Valigonda Railway Station is available from here. And a way to Natallagudem, a village, is available from the Path around this cheruvu or Pond. Water in this pond not worthy to drink or to smell. But to view, it's a recreational point. However, there is a burial ground and cemetery on the way. It's little creepy to walk alone. If Medium height trees are grown up and sitting benches are arranged aong the path , it will be good for those who want study or enjoy the mother nature. The pond water is used for agricultural purpose and fishes in it are commercial type owned by local bodies. Finally, I enjoyed myself around the Pond for over 9 years (2001-2010).
