Wanted to climb and walk the Pier till the end, but since the foundation is weak, the security folks politely refused. Still an awesome view. Walked the stretch of the beach and enjoyed the ambience. The fishermen were more than willing to talk about their daily life. I wish the authorities speed up the maintenance of the Pier as it will help the fishermen with unloading from boats I would recommend those coming from the airport to park the vehicle, get down and enjoy the Pier view and the beach.
The place is nice, mostly filled with fish boats and not a busy beach. BUT THE PLACE IS FULL OF TRASH, TRASH FROM HOME AND CHICKEN MEAT SHOP WAS ALL OVER THE BEACH.
It's near 3kms from Shanghumugham beach and beautiful sea waves ship port bridge also here but present time it's damage so only fisherman can go big sitting area but very dirty smell comes here because place is not clean and everywhere lot of garbage need to clean this
This beach is definitely a another level. The view is just beyond awesome. Cliff makes this place a ultimate one. Less crowded mostly foreigners. Clear beach good for sun tan time. Plenty of shops and parking space.
Valiyathura Beach is a serene and tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of Thiruvananthapuram, India. Located just 10 kilometers from the city center, this beach is known for its pristine shoreline, stunning sunsets, and vibrant fishing community.
Very good place to visit with friends. The visual of sunset was ossume loved it so much. Neatness need to improve little bit.
The pier/bridge is closed for public. There were few on it on the day I visited (25th Sept) but I didn't dare enough. Had all the boats on the shore with the fishermen resting. The Sea was bit rough so I only spent at the beach taking pictures. The smell of the fish is something one needs to get used to. I went in the afternoon so it was pretty hot as well but the view of the sea with those waves was worth the visit and I totally recommend this beach for anyone to visit. Probably during the evening unlike me because I had lot of other places to cross off from my list.
Wonderful place sea is big floter Enjoying on time

The Big Indian Flag is an awe-inspiring sight that fills you with a sense of patriotism and pride. Standing tall and majestic, it symbolizes the unity and diversity of our great nation. The vibrant colors of saffron, white, and green, along with the
Calm and peaceful walkway along the Karamana River, and in the mid'st of town. But you will never feel it, and it gives the impression of a village. Good for a morning walk or a stroll anytime, as the entire path has trees on both sides and good shad

I recently visited the Vettukad beach in Trivandrum and I was very impressed with the atmosphere there. The beach is situated close to the Vettukad Church, so it was quite tranquil. The beach itself was fairly clean and there were plenty of amenities
One of the best beauty spot riverside in tvm. Very wonderful natural scenic beauty. The area is very cool and a best spot to cool your self from the crouching sun in cities. The cool breeze at the location help you to relax and cool down your mind.
A great hilltop to visit. Steep climbs and off-road involved. Be careful with your 2-wheeler. A very serene place to be in morning or evening. Boys play cricket on the hilltop ground. The view from the hilltop is superb. The view of the sea, the rive
