Last year, in June, I decided to quit the gym after working out there for about a year. Despite the gym's excellent location, fantastic equipment, and overall hygiene and space, I had a bitter experience due to the uncouth behavior of one of the trainers. The incident that prompted me to leave occurred when the gym announced it would close at 12 pm on a Saturday due to a local fair. I typically worked out in the evenings for 1.5-2 hours, but on that day, I arrived promptly at 10:30 am. I shortened my workout, finishing at 11:55 am to adhere to the closing time. I sat in the reception area to catch my breath and wipe off the sweat. However, the trainer abruptly told me to leave, even after I explained my difficulty in catching my breath due to Sinus Tachycardia. In a rather crude manner, he demanded that I hurry up as his auto was waiting. I humorously mentioned that it wasn't an Uber cab, but he lost his temper and made an inappropriate remark. That's when I decided to leave immediately. I later spoke with the gym owner, who apologized and encouraged me to approach him directly in the future. However, my decision to quit had already been made, even though I had almost two weeks left on my membership. I wanted to bring the disrespectful and unprofessional behavior of the staff to his attention. In an age where customer delight is the standard, such behavior is unacceptable. It's infuriating that such a minor issue couldn't have been resolved with an extra 5 minutes of gym time. This incident wasn't isolated. I had previously asked the same trainer to switch on the exhaust fans, and he told me to do it myself. The trainers often laughed at customers behind their backs and seemed to prioritize training or socializing with a select few, ignoring everyone else. One trainer even acted as if acknowledging a simple greeting was a great favor.

Best gym in the city. Amazing facilities,top equipments and great environment. Trainers are really amazing here and complete clean gym. Would highly recommend!!!!

Valhalla is one of the best gyms in solan with all latest equipments and great trainers. They have packages customised to your needs and all forms of trainings available. I know that it's my permanent gym whenever I visit my home town. Thanks Valhalla and kaustubh Sir for all the support.

If you are satisfied with your gym and trainers then they deserve some good words. Valhalla is a very outstanding gym. Amazing trainers and complete, clean gym. Very secure environment. Trainers are exceptional and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. Overall vibe is great,by far the best facilities around. Would highly recommend.

Valhalla is the best gym in so many aspects like cleanliness, trainers, equipments, behaviour etc. This is the best gym i ever been to. Trainers are really amazing here, motivates and guides you. I saw one best thing in this gym, "hygiene". It's the most hygienic gym... washroom, changing rooms, training area everything is neat and clean. I highly recommend this gym to everyone.
